I’ve been doing VA work for about 3 months as an independent contractor. I created an Upwork account, but I don’t know how to word what I can do. I can set up a basic spreadsheet, but it’s mainly been in Google because that’s what my client used. I do have Microsoft Office but haven’t used it very much at all. I have set up schedules and reservations, researched information needed, and created a list, called businesses for clients, Etsy, and eBay listings.
